What are your shipping options and typical delivery lead time?

We aim to deliver personally whenever possible-we enjoy meeting our customers.
For bottles already in stock in Singapore, delivery can be arranged for the next day.
For bottles shipped from France, delivery takes about 2 weeks upon receipt of payment.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do. Please note that freight charges and customs duties will be passed on to the customer.

What is your refund and returns policy?

We encourage customers to inspect their bottles carefully upon delivery. If there is any issue, please reject the bottle(s) at the point of delivery.
Refunds are issued only for items rejected upon delivery and will be processed via bank transfer within 2-3 business days.

Can I return my order if I change my mind or discover an issue later on?

We recommend rejecting the order upon delivery if you notice any issues. Once accepted, returns are not possible. For older bottles in particular, we are unable to guarantee what's inside, though we do ensure proper provenance and transport.
